UL listed for use in direct contact with approved insulation allowing for significant energy savings. UL listed for damp locations. Meets airtight requirements for 2.0 CRM or less air leakage. Thermal protector safeguards against overheating caused by overlamping. Housing removable for easy access to junction box. Junction box saves installation time with snap on covers, pry-out knock outs, riveted ground wire, through branch circuit wiring, four out #12 wires. Bar hangers are adjustable to 25 1/4"" mounted on edge for sturdy installation. Includes integral magnetic transformer offering years of trouble-free operation.
