How are the shipping costs calculated?
Lighting4Sale, LLC shipping charges are based on the size, weight and destination zone of the product ordered. Express delivery or second day delivery is extra. Please contact customer service for more information. Lighting4Sale, LLC customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm (Pacific Standard Time - PST). Shipping is FREE for any order over $75.00 inside the continental US.

How does your free shipping promotion work?
We offer "free-shipping" on orders over $75.00 shipped anywhere in the continental USA, we do not raise the prices of our products to cover shipping costs. "Free-shipping" refers to standard shipping; express delivery and second day charges are extra.

Do you have catalogs that you mail out?
We do not have any print catalogs that we mail out at this time. Our Web Site is our catalog.

Why is there sales tax when I’m purchasing online?
Lighting4Sale, LLC is required by certain states to charge sales tax on online orders. Sales tax will automatically be charged on merchandise shipped to Arizona. We do not add sales tax unless we are required by law to do so.

Why do you need my e-mail address?
When you place an order with Lighting4Sale, LLC you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, listing what was ordered, the shipping address, and a unique order ID. Your full credit card information is never sent in any correspondence from us. Lighting4Sale, LLC will never sell or distribute your e-mail address.

How can I pay for my purchases? /  What kind of credit card payments do you accept?
Lighting4Sale, LLC accepts American Express, Visa, Discover and Master Card credit cards for online purchases. You may also call our customer service department toll free to place your order. 1-800-279-6231.

When will by credit card be charged?
Because of recent rule changes regarding the time between when a credit card is approved and when the charge is actually processed, Lighting4Sale, LLC has implemented a policy change whereby your credit card will be processed within 48 hours of the initial purchase of any product. This policy changes in no way changes our return or refund policy. As most of our products ship within 48 hours, this should have no impact to most of our satisfied customers.

How do I access my Wish List?
By adding items to a Wish List and saving by creating an account you can return to Lighting4Sale.com at a later date to make a purchase. Only you will be able to remove or change items in your Wish List.  The password and login name you create will give you access to the Wish List and you will be able to quickly make purchase once logged in.

After logging in to access your Wish List you can click the 'My Wish List' text link located above the product category listing in the left panel navigation under the term 'Products'.

Your Wish List contains a notes section for each item so that you can itemize the options, preferences or other information you may need later to complete your purchase.

You can send your Wish List to a friend who will be able to purchase an item on your list by adding to their cart. A friend will not be able to make changes to your Wish List, only you can do that.
