How long do I have before I must return the fixture?

After receiving your shipment, you have 15 calendar days in which to inspect the product(s) and inform Lighting4Sale, LLC of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery. (see Damaged and Defective Goods info below.)

Absolutely NO RETURNS after 15 days of Receipt of Products.

What Products are eligible for return?

  • Product must be new, unused, in original box, and in resalable condition.
  • The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way.
  • The fixture must be re packed and enclosed in the original box with factory packaging material. If the fixture is not packed in the original box with factory packaging material NO REFUND will be issued.  You should save all packaging until you are certain that you will be keeping the product.
  • The fixture must have been assigned a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), issued by Lighting4Sale, LLC.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process send an email to customerservice@Lighting4Sale.com, clearly stating the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the returning them. Be sure to include your invoice number and full contact information, including a day time phone number.

Once you have received your Return Merchandise Number (RMA) to return your product, the product must be shipped within 10 calendar days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items shipped after 15 calendar days may be refused and returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I return a product?

To return products purchased at Lighting4Sale.com, send an email to customerservice@Lighting4Sale.com, clearly stating your reason for the return and what you would like to return or call us at 1-800-279-6231. A Lighting4Sale, LLC customer service representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), provide return shipment instructions, and assist you with all other return questions.

Returns must include the original box, packaging, and accessories. After receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization Number, the customer will have 15 calendar days in which to return the product to Lighting4Sale, LLC. After 15 days the Return Authorization Number will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given. Unless Lighting4Sale, LLC has made an error in shipment, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Products eligible for return must be new, unused, in original box, and in resalable condition.

Once you have received your authorization to return your product, the product must be shipped within 15 calendar days. Items shipped after 15 calendar days may be refused and returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund.

What are my responsibilities when returning a product?

Unless the return is a result of Lighting4Sale, LLC’s error, the customer is responsible for freight charges. When returning product to manufacturer it is the customer's responsibility to pack the product in the original box with sufficient packaging material and it is in the customer's best interest to insure the package using either Fed Ex or UPS. Lighting4sale’s corporate office in Tucson does not accept deliveries. Customer MUST be issued RMA and return instructions BEFORE shipping merchandise for return. We STRONGLY recommend shipping via insured Fed EX or UPS. Please retain receipts and tracking numbers for return shipments.

Who Pays for Returned Freight?

If the return is due to a Lighting4Sale, LLC error, we will pay for the return freight. Contact Customer Service for more information. All other returns will be prepaid by the customer.

What if the Product is damaged during return shipment?

If the product is damaged during shipment back to our manufacture's warehouse, we will not be able to issue a refund or credit for the product. We will inform the customer via email that the item(s) were received damaged and the manufacturer will hold the damaged product up to 30 days. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to file the claim with the shipper. Under no circumstances will Lighting4sale, LLC, initiate or be party to any claim with the shipper. It is the customer's responsibility to instruct Lighting4Sale, LLC concerning the disposition of the damaged product. If Lighting4Sale, LLC has not received notification or response from the customer within 30 days, the item will be field destroyed.

What about restocking fees?

In order to provide the Internet's lowest guaranteed pricing along with a price match guarantee, Lighting4sale.com must pass along the manufacturer’s required restocking fee.  We highly encourage you to contact our Lighting Specialists to be sure your selection will meet your needs. We can assist you in selecting the right size, finish, style and fixture to enhance any home.

Authorized requests within 15 calendar days of the receipt of your order may be returned for a refund less manufactures restocking fee .

These fees range from 10% to 35% of the purchase price of the product depending on the manufactures policy. We highly encourage you to speak to our knowledgeable Lighting Specialist prior to purchase in order to discuss this policy and the potential restocking fee in the unlikely event you wish to return your selection.

It is in everyone’s best interest that you get the product you desire and that you are fully informed regarding Lighting4sale.com, LLC return policies. Again, we highly encourage you to speak to our Lighting Specialist prior to placing any order to be sure you are getting the product that best fits your needs.

What if the Product is damaged or defective?

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer.

After receiving your shipment, you have 15 calendar days in which to inspect the product(s) and inform Lighting4Sale, LLC of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery. If you determine your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please follow the procedures for contacting Customer Service as stated in: "How to Return Products". We will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge, but if return is desired the restocking fees will apply. If you fail to notify Lighting4sale, LLC within 15 days of delivery of any defective or damaged merchandise, Lighting4sale, LLC is not responsible for the defective/damaged product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.

What type of products do not qualify for a refund?

The following types of items and orders DO NOT qualify for returns or refund:

  • Large orders: Orders containing more than 10 quantity of a single item or an order having an invoice total greater than $1500
  • Light Bulbs, Parts, and Shades do not qualify for returns unless the error was the fault of Lighting4Sale, LLC.
  • Items not purchased at Lighting4Sale.com are not eligible to be returned.
  • Products that have been built to order cannot be returned unless they have a defect. Products manufactured by Crystorama - Lights of Distinction and Shady Lady are built to order and cannot be returned.
  • Special Purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Custom Quotes, Special Discounts

What is the return Policy for Large Orders?

Orders containing more than a quantity of 10 of a single item and orders that have a total invoice cost of over $1500 are classified by Lighting4Sale, LLC as "Large Orders". Large Orders are NOT eligible for returns. If you are purchasing a large quantity of an item we recommend first purchasing a sample to make sure that the product meets your requirements and that you are completely satisfied with the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they have all the necessary information and that all their questions have been answered before their order is placed.

What is the return policy for defective products and products damaged during shipment?

Inspect your merchandise carefully and immediately upon receipt. After receiving your shipment, you have 15 calendar days in which to inspect the product(s) and inform Lighting4Sale.com, LLC of any defects in the manufacturing or damages that occurred during shipment, prior to delivery. All package damage must be claimed immediately. Hidden damages must be claimed within 15 calendar days of delivery. If you determine your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please follow the procedures for contacting Customer Service as stated in: "How to Return Products". Customer Service will work quickly to get your product replaced. We will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge, but if return is desired the restocking fees will apply. If you fail to notify Lighting4sale, LLC within 15 calendar days of delivery of any defective or damaged merchandise, Lighting4sale, LLC is not responsible for the defective/damaged product and will not be able to service you with a replacement or refund.

When can I expect my refund?

You will be refunded once the manufacturer has received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued after confirmation of returned goods receipt from the manufacturer.

What if I would like to cancel my order?

Orders that have not been packed can be cancelled as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for you. Items CAN NOT be cancelled once they are packed for shipment and will be subject to the Restocking fee as described above. Some items, while they can be cancelled, involve a manufacturer's cancellation fee, for which the customer is liable. Lighting4Sale, LLC strives to ship within 1-5 business days after receiving your order.
